I was making a sales call to one of our customers, a university, yesterday and decided to grab a bite to eat at one of their cafeterias for lunch. As I was walking I saw a girl wearing a Wicked Weasel skirt! Now I love my Weasels and I frequently wear their bikinis and accessories to and around the beach every summer and I've gone clubbing in their skirts before, but I'd never have thought to wear them in the mainstream on a cold first day of spring quite like this girl did. Although I like to be original, I think I may have to steal her style.
She was a tiny little thing--probably not even five feet all, but very cute with dark red hair and deep blue eyes. She was wearing a royal blue 505 hot skirt with white opaque tights and black heels. She had a fleece jacket on, so I wasn't immediately sure it was a WW skirt until she bent over to get a tray, revealing the signature tag on the back. As I continued to watch her I was able to see what I think was a white 937 stretch t, but with her jacket on it was hard to tell--it was definitely a WW, though. I was hoping she'd sit down to eat so I could watch her some more, but unfortunately she got her food to go. Nonetheless, she was able to get me a little bit wet which was just what I needed in the middle of what was a very long day of meetings with the school's administrators.
I'm thinking I may try that look tonight, maybe with a red 505, some white capri-length footless tights I have, and maybe a white 933 cami. I don't normally like to wear anything under my WW skirts, but its still cold, so I think this would be a nice exception to my rule. What do you think?
